• In the event of late payment, a penalty of 5% per week will be applied to the outstanding balance.
• The borrower grants JazaCash permission to verify their identity and financial information.
• The borrower confirms that all information provided in the application is accurate and truthful.
• Providing false information is grounds for immediate rejection or legal action.
• Early repayment is permitted without penalty.
• JazaCash reserves the right to decline any application without providing reasons.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
